Online Form - Community Consultation on Amendment No.3, Local Planning Scheme No.3 — Submission Form

The local government is proposing to amend its Local Planning Scheme text, as below, to allow Grouped Dwellings in the Rural zone subject to compliance with a new Local Planning Policy. In considering and progressing the amendment, the Shire is required to advertise and provide an opportunity for the community to comment.

Council in pursuance of Section 75 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 amend the above Local Planning Scheme by amending Table 1 – Zoning Table to modify the permissibility of a ‘Grouped dwelling’ in a ‘Rural’ zone from an ‘X’ use to a ‘D’ use.

Submissions should be received on or before the 26th day of June 2024.
